What is freelancerzzz?

freelancerzzz is a back office for freelancers, run by an assistant called Onion. You text Onion the gig. It writes the proposal in your voice, drafts the contract for you to send, bills each phase the day it starts, tracks your hours and keeps every deadline across every client in one view. Your clients read, sign and pay in a portal of their own.

Questions

What is Onion?

Onion is the assistant inside freelancerzzz. It writes your proposals in your voice, drafts the contracts and your replies to clients, re-runs the payment schedule when the scope changes, and catches a double-booking before you agree to it. On the Craft and Intelligence plans it also builds the brand work with you: strategy reads, tone of voice, guidelines and decks.

Who is freelancerzzz for?

Freelancers who sell their work as projects, billed by the phase or by the hour. It grew out of the tools its makers ran their own client work on, so the Craft and Intelligence plans add the creative side: brand strategy, tone of voice, guidelines and decks, built with Onion.

How do I get paid?

Your client agrees the payment structure and puts a card on file when they sign the contract. From then on each phase bills itself the day it starts, and hourly work bills each Sunday up to the cap you set. If a charge fails you get a text and that phase goes on hold until it clears, so everything delivered is already paid.

Can I run freelancerzzz by text message?

Yes. Timers, proposals, payments and your schedule all work over SMS or WhatsApp, with no app open. The web app and your clients' portals carry the rest.

What do my clients see?

Every client gets their own portal at company.brandzzz.co, where they read the proposal, sign the contract and pay each phase. On Craft they also give structured feedback on each review round. On Intelligence the portal runs on your own domain, fully white-labeled.

What does freelancerzzz cost?

Three plans, billed monthly, cancel whenever: Business at $59 a month, Craft at $159 and Intelligence at $249. A flat fee rides each milestone payment, never a percentage: $5 on payments up to $1,000, $10 up to $5,000 and $15 above that.

Does freelancerzzz read my email?

Only if you connect Gmail, and connecting it is optional. The connection is read-only, used only so Onion can draft in your voice from your own emails.

Can I try it before I sign up?

Yes. The demo drops you into a real freelancer's account, pre-filled with a live engagement, so you can click around the actual product. No account, nothing saved.
