Privacy Policy

Freelancerzzz (freelancerzzz.co) and Brandzzz (brandzzz.co) — together “the platform” — are operated by POSTCARD EXCHANGE, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. By using the platform you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up we collect your phone number, which serves as your account identifier. We use it to send you one-time login codes by text. You can also add profile details such as your name and business information.
Client and contact information
To run your engagements we collect the details you provide about your clients — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company information. You’re responsible for having the right to share those details with us.
Engagement content
When you work on the platform we store the content of that work: proposals, contracts, milestones, invoices and billing records, review rounds and feedback, brand profiles and the materials you add to them, and your conversations with Onion, the platform’s assistant. Shared engagement content is visible to the client you share it with.
Connected Gmail data
If you connect your Gmail account, we receive read-only access, used to draft from your mail when you ask. The access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time — from the platform or from your Google account settings. Google’s handling of your data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Subscription and billing data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVV. We receive and retain a payment method summary (e.g., card brand and last four digits), your subscription status, and billing history.
Demo and lead information
If you try the demo and choose to save your work, we collect the name and phone number you enter. If you tick the consent box, we store the exact consent wording you saw and a timestamp; we send marketing texts only on that basis.
Usage data
We may collect basic technical data such as your device type, browser, operating system, and the pages you visit within the app. We use this to keep the service running reliably.

- To authenticate you and verify your identity
- To draft documents you ask for, using the language-model services listed below
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send service notifications by text or email (e.g., a payment alert)
- To send marketing texts — only with your express consent, withdrawable by replying STOP
- To respond to your support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. How we share your information
Your clients
Engagement content you share — proposals, contracts, review rounds — is visible to the client you share it with, including anyone who opens a document link you send. This is the core function of the platform.
Supabase
We use Supabase to store and manage your data. Supabase acts as our data processor and is contractually bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
Stripe
We use Stripe for payment processing. Information shared with Stripe is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Resend and Blooio
We use Resend to deliver email (such as client sign-in links) and Blooio to deliver texts (such as login codes and notifications). Each receives the recipient address or number and the message content needed to deliver it.
Language-model providers
Drafting on the platform is powered by models from Anthropic and Google. When you ask for a draft, the relevant content (for example, the engagement details a proposal is built from) is sent to the provider to generate it. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the platform or others.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make shared links and the demo work. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP
- Disconnect your Gmail account at any time

6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we’ll delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we’re required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to seven years for billing records), and except records of an engagement that the other party to it is entitled to keep (a client’s copy of a signed contract, for example).
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; connected-account tokens are additionally encrypted at the application level. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. That said, no system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@freelancerzzz.com.
8. Children’s privacy
The platform is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we’ll delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via the app or by text. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
