Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Freelancerzzz and Brandzzz (together “the platform”) use, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website or web app. They help the service remember information about you between visits — like keeping you signed in.
A related technology is local storage, which stores small amounts of data directly in your browser without expiry. Parts of the app may use it to remember view state (for example, where you were in a presentation). Nothing in it tracks you across sites.
2. The cookies we use
We only use essential cookies. We don’t use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
Session and authentication cookies
These are set by Supabase, our backend provider, to keep you signed in. Without them the app can’t function. They are deleted when your session expires or when you sign out.

Demo cookies
Trying the demo sets two cookies so the sandbox works and shows its own chrome. They expire on their own within hours.

Shared-document cookie
When a client opens a proposal or contract link on Brandzzz, a cookie remembers which engagement that link belongs to, so the portal can show the right materials without an account.

Payment cookies
When you interact with payment forms, Stripe sets cookies necessary for fraud prevention and secure payment processing. These are set by Stripe’s domain and governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
3. What we don’t use
The platform does not use:
- Google Analytics or any analytics platform
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
- Third-party data brokers
4. How to manage cookies
Because we only use essential cookies, disabling them will prevent the app from working correctly. If you’d like to clear them anyway, you can do so from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
- Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
Clearing cookies will sign you out of the platform.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by text.
